It's hard to believe that in just a few days we will begin a new church year. As I reflect back over the past church year, I stand amazed with what I see our Lord doing through our children and youth. I never cease to be amazed at what God can do if we will only let him. This past year we had one of the best, if not THE BEST Vacation Bible Schools. We had record attendance and record professions of faiths. We have seen this year what faith in God will do.

I don't think you can ever brag too much on God. He has really shown what He can do and is willing to do through His church. Through our AWANA program, we are reaching record numbers in attendance. The first Wednesday night in August, in AWANA'S we had 53. The next week we had 56. This past week we had 69 children, 36 youth, and 60 plus adults. We also had one profession of faith. This is on WEDNESDAY night not Sunday. People of all ages are excited about being in church. We are seeing a contagious spirit of enthusiasm among God's people each week.

If you are not a part of Bible study and worship on Sunday, and the various activities, (AWANA'S, youth praise and worship, and prayer meeting) on Wednesday night, you are really missing a blessing. Come join the team and get in on all of the excitement. I look forward to seeing you there. Better yet, why not bring someone with you? I assure you, you WILL receive a blessing.
